Upper level wind are blowing clouds from former hurricane Kay over the Bay Area and radar shows a few scattered light showers. The greater concern is that all the clouds over the ENTIRE Central Valley will spoil the pressure gradient and winds. So there is a chance the winds will be much weaker than forecast.
